For highly sensitive data we use on-premise models (Llama, Mistral) deployed in your own infrastructure. We never send raw client data to consumer OpenAI or Anthropic endpoints. We sign a DPA before any engagement starts.”

All PHI stays in compliant cloud regions -- US clients use Azure US regions, Canadian clients use Azure Canada Central. We sign BAAs where required. We design workflows to operate on de-identified or aggregated data wherever possible.”
