“We use Azure OpenAI for all production engagements -- data is not used for model training and stays in your Azure region. For highly sensitive data we use on-premise models (Llama, Mistral) deployed in your own infrastructure. We never send raw client data to consumer OpenAI or Anthropic endpoints. We sign a DPA before any engagement starts.”

“Yes. We scope data residency and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPA/FIPPA) before any build. All PHI stays in compliant cloud regions -- US clients use Azure US regions, Canadian clients use Azure Canada Central. We sign BAAs where required. We design workflows to operate on de-identified or aggregated data wherever possible.”
