Ready Scan is in public beta. Sign up and activate your account through the email link before using the service; the operator can deactivate access. Each account receives two free report generations shared across all workspaces, with no periodic reset. Starting a report reserves one slot; continuing the same saved draft does not reserve another. Authentication, confirmation and short-window anti-abuse controls still apply. There are no paid plans or payments in this beta, and browsing public pages does not start a scan.

Submit public website pages and information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, confidential material or sensitive personal data in URLs or questions. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace or disrupt the service.

This public beta is software under development: uninterrupted access, specific features and particular results are not guaranteed. Features may change, and beta data, including saved reports, may be reset or removed before full launch. Keep your own copy of anything important. Scanning a website does not establish ownership of it or authority to act for its business.

Existing Closed Beta users receive two additional free reports when public beta opens; prior reports and historical spending are not deducted from that new allowance. New accounts begin with two. This allowance is not conditional on positive feedback or marketing consent. Reading an existing public report uses no slot. Confirming your own saved draft creates your private report without reserving a second slot. Active workspace monitoring is unavailable; saved reports and monitoring history remain readable.

Privacy notice

We use your email and account details to verify access, send essential account messages and manage your workspace. We also keep password hashes, session and security records, and your communication choices. Sign-in uses a necessary session cookie; a separate preference cookie remembers your selected workspace without granting access.

Your signup details help us administer the beta. Feedback is saved privately for the Ready Scan team and displayed only to super administrators; a support email notification may also be sent. It includes your message, any contact email you provide and, when signed in, your account name and email. No screenshot or report is automatically attached. A separate optional launch-notification choice lets us contact the email you provide when Ready Scan leaves beta; it is not permission for unrelated marketing. Do not include passwords, confidential material or sensitive personal information.

A scan retains its URL, chosen questions and region, public-page capture, AI answers and results. New user reports and questions remain private to the authorized workspace unless the owner explicitly publishes the completed report. Firecrawl retrieves public website material; it does not use your account to access private pages. DeepSeek, Vercel AI Gateway, Perplexity and the selected model services process the content needed for their part of the service. Email and infrastructure providers handle the data needed to deliver their services. Your account password is not sent in AI prompts.

Account records support your access and preferences; saved reports and trackers retain the evidence they need. Signing out or unsubscribing does not delete that work. Contact us to request access, correction or removal of your information, or to ask about the providers and processing locations used for your account.

Launch announcements, product updates and the Ready Scan newsletter share one optional email choice; other marketing remains separate. New choices start off; saved choices are shown during activation and can be changed. Alllytic AI Limited uses your name and email for these communications only with the applicable consent. An older newsletter consent is not automatically permission for launch announcements. You can change your choices in Account or use a marketing-unsubscribe link without signing in. Accepting the terms does not opt you into marketing. Essential sign-in and recovery messages are separate.

Report-use conditions

A scorecard is a snapshot of the selected AI systems answering your chosen questions at the displayed observation time. It is not a complete market review, certification or guarantee. It records the answers the models actually returned, even when they are wrong.

Private standard scans may reuse an exact AI answer from the previous 24 hours, with its original observation time shown. The public-report flow may instead share one matching finished report for seven days. A matching URL alone is not enough. Your account, editable draft, workspace and tracker remain separate. Active workspace monitoring is unavailable during public beta; retained checkpoints remain readable.

From 28 October 2026, newly confirmed user reports are private, including reports started from older unconfirmed drafts. The owner can explicitly publish a completed report using its sharing control. Already confirmed reports retain their existing visibility. Homepage examples use operator-selected industry questions, never customer reports. Public reports can be read, copied and crawled by others; making one private again cannot recall copies already held elsewhere.

After explicit report publication, Ready Scan may reuse the captured public website information and read up to four related public pages within the submitted website scope to publish what the website says and connect it to related Ready Scan knowledge. Private account details, draft edits and private report answers do not supply that knowledge. Publication does not give the person requesting a scan control of the website or its published information. Benchmarks remain separately selected by Ready Scan.

Private-report improvement is a separate optional permission, off by default. If you opt in during activation or in Account, Ready Scan may use your private report content internally to understand problems and improve the system. This does not publish the report, feed its private content into public GEO knowledge, grant marketing permission or authorize unrelated use of your contact details. You can turn the choice off in Account to stop future improvement use. Existing users are not opted in by their earlier terms, report-use or newsletter choices.
