Terms

Ready Scan is an invitation-only internal alpha. Your assigned account and usage limits control access. There are no paid plans or payments in this alpha, and browsing public pages does not start a scan.

Submit public website pages and information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, confidential material or sensitive personal data in URLs or questions. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace or disrupt the service.

This is software under development: features and availability may change. Keep your own copy of anything important. Scanning a website does not establish ownership of it or authority to act for its business.

Privacy notice

We use your email and account details to verify access, send essential account messages and manage your workspace. We also keep password hashes, session and security records, and your communication choices. Sign-in uses a necessary session cookie.

A scan retains its URL, chosen questions and region, public-page capture, AI answers and results. Firecrawl retrieves the page; Poe and the selected model services process the page content or questions needed for their part of the scan. Email and infrastructure providers handle the data needed to deliver their services. Your account password is not sent in AI prompts.

Account records support your access and preferences; saved reports and trackers retain the evidence they need. Signing out or unsubscribing does not delete that work. Contact us to request access, correction or removal of your information, or to ask about the providers and processing locations used for your account.

Both marketing choices are optional and start off. You can change them in Account or use a marketing-unsubscribe link without signing in. Accepting the terms does not opt you into marketing. Essential sign-in and recovery messages are separate.

Report-use conditions

A scorecard is a snapshot of the selected AI systems answering your chosen questions at the displayed observation time. It is not a complete market review, certification or guarantee. AI answers can be wrong; check the underlying evidence before relying on them.

Free standard scans participate in shared provider measurements. An equivalent result from the previous 24 hours may be reused, with its original observation time shown. A matching URL alone is not enough. Your account, workspace, report and tracker remain separate from other users. Weekly tracker updates use fresh measurements.

Reports stay private unless an eligible registered user or super admin chooses to publish their scorecard. Public reports can be read, copied and crawled by others; making one private again cannot recall copies already held elsewhere.

Public company profiles and benchmarks are selected separately by Ready Scan. A scan does not automatically publish your private report, list a website or give you control of a company profile.
