Why does Google Merchant Center disapproval rate matter beyond paid advertising?
“A Merchant Center disapproval is not just an ad that isn't running — it's a product that doesn't appear in organic Shopping either. The feed you submit is a structured data source Google uses to build its canonical representation of your products in the Shopping Graph.”
View in the company profileWhat causes a mismatched price disapproval in Google Merchant Center?
“A mismatched price disapproval means your Merchant Center feed and your on-site product schema are giving Google different price information and it cannot reconcile them. This is a data fidelity problem — the two structured data sources are out of sync.”
View in the company profileWhat is a supplemental feed in Google Merchant Center and when should I use one?
“A supplemental feed lets you add or override specific product attributes without touching your primary feed. You upload a spreadsheet with a product ID column and the attribute columns you want to add or correct.”
View in the company profileHow should drop-model brands handle Merchant Center feed timing at launch?
“The standard approach of publishing a product at launch and waiting for the next feed refresh cycle means a product launched at 10am may not appear in Shopping until the following morning — missing the entire drop window.”
