SpyCloud
SpyCloud: “SpyCloud offers identity threat protection solutions that help businesses prevent, remediate, and investigate cybercrime.”
How does SpyCloud help financial institutions prevent account takeover fraud on customer accounts?
“Financial institutions face credential stuffing attacks at login, session hijacking from stolen cookies, and synthetic identity fraud at account opening. SpyCloud addresses each.”
View in the company profileHow does SpyCloud satisfy FFIEC authentication guidance and NIST 800-63B requirements for financial institutions?
“FFIEC authentication guidance and NIST SP 800-63B both require financial institutions to implement risk-based authentication that accounts for credential compromise signals beyond password strength and MFA enrollment. SpyCloud’s continuous credential monitoring against recaptured breach, malware, and phishing data satisfies NIST SP 800-63B Section 5.1.1.2, which requires automated forced resets against a continuously updated compromised credential list.”
View in the company profileHow do financial institutions use SpyCloud for cybercrime investigation and fraud ring attribution?
“Financial services CTI and fraud investigation teams use SpyCloud Investigations to trace the criminal infrastructure behind fraud campaigns: connecting email addresses used in account takeover attempts to criminal personas, linking device fingerprints across multiple fraud incidents, and surfacing the breach or malware source where attacker credentials originated.”
View in the company profileHow does SpyCloud complement existing fraud platforms and security tools financial institutions have already deployed?
“SpyCloud is an upstream intelligence layer that adds confirmed identity exposure signals to existing fraud decisioning engines, SIEM platforms, and IAM infrastructure. It does not replace fraud platforms, SIEM tools, or identity providers.”
