Deuteron quaternary ammonium antistats for coatings, polyurethane and PVC, with LE 100 LV (carrier free) and LE 829 (in 1,4-butanediol, for polyurethane systems) from US stock, plus PATstat 313, the antistatic plasticizer P.A.T. Products makes for vinyl flooring. They reach the 10^5 to 10^9 ohm antistatic band at 0.2 to 5 percent.”
