View in the company profileHow do ContentBeta credits work, and can I estimate credits before submitting a request?
“Every deliverable has a predefined credit value published in our Credit Menu. You can estimate credits before submitting a request, making it easier to prioritize work, allocate budgets, and avoid unexpected project costs. Credits scale with the scope of work. For example, a 30-second video typically uses about twice the credits of a 15-second video.”
View in the company profileCan I use credits across video, design, web, and motion?
“Yes. The same credit pool can be used across all ContentBeta services, including video, graphic design, motion graphics, websites, landing pages, presentations, product demos, web assets, and AI-powered creative production, giving your team complete flexibility.”
View in the company profileDo unused credits roll over? Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
“Yes. Unused credits roll over to your next active month. You can also upgrade, downgrade, or purchase add-on credit packs as your creative workload changes throughout the year.”
