Do we need armed officers on a construction site?
“Usually not. The exposure on a job site is theft of material and equipment, and the correct response to that is observation and documentation, not confrontation. Armed coverage makes sense where there is a history of confrontation on site or the site is isolated with a long law-enforcement response time. We will tell you which one you are.”

“Often, for one to three officers, subject to the live roster. Same-day staffing is confirmed by phone rather than through a form, because it depends on who is actually available. Call the dispatch line.”

“Our officers deter and document; they are not an insurance product. What our coverage does is establish a timestamped record of who entered, when, and what condition the site was in, which is what your carrier will ask for. Discuss any transfer of risk with your broker before assuming coverage exists.”

“Overnight and weekend coverage for active job sites. Officers control access, deter material and equipment theft, and produce a written record your GC and your insurer can both use.”
