Kordis
Kordis AI: “Kordis connects recruiting, paperwork, and dispatch for Canadian temp staffing agencies in any industry. It screens applicants, gets workers ready, and fills shifts.”
What if it doesn’t work for us?
“Billing is month to month and you can cancel anytime, for any reason, with your data exported whole. There is no annual lock-in to escape and no exit fee.”

“Nothing in Kordis is built to take a person’s job. The phoning, the chasing and the paperwork stop being your dispatcher’s. The judgment calls, the client relationships and the work that needs a person stay with your staff.”
View in the company profileWill Kordis make decisions without me?
“Two decisions are always yours: who you hire, and the hours file that goes to payroll. Out of the box, Kordis calls each new applicant with your screening questions and answers a worker’s question when your records hold the answer.”
View in the company profileIs this another system my team has to babysit?
“No. Kordis works in the channels you already use: the applicant is called, the worker is texted, the document comes back and is filed, and nobody feeds a dashboard. You open your Today screen to see the few decisions waiting for you, not to keep a system fed.”
