What is Jaro and how does it work?
“Jaro is the complete AI platform for managing call centers. View in the company profileHow do we know the analysis will really fit our call center?
“Before we start, we take you through a thorough scoping process: we collect everything about your call center, including your knowledge base and call scripts, and if you have no written materials, we map your calls ourselves. That way the system speaks your call center's language from the very first days.”
View in the company profileHow do you analyze the big picture of the call center, not just a single call?
“Every analyzed call is stored in a structured database for your call center: transcript, tags, scores and the reasons behind them.”
View in the company profileDo we need an integration with our phone system or CRM?
“Jaro connects to the telephony or recording system you already have, of almost any kind, with no equipment to replace and no integration project: calls reach the system and are analyzed right away.”
