What is robot imitation learning data?
“Robot imitation learning data consists of recorded human demonstrations that show how physical tasks are performed. These datasets can include synchronized video, depth, motion, gaze, hand pose, contact events, action segments and task metadata for training and evaluating robot manipulation policies.”
View in the company profileWhat types of robotics data can Sourcebae collect?
“Sourcebae collects head-mounted, egocentric and exocentric human demonstration data. These capture modes can be used independently or synchronized during the same task to provide both first-person interaction details and third-person environmental context.”
View in the company profileWhat is the difference between egocentric and exocentric robotics data?
“Egocentric data records the task from the demonstrator’s first-person perspective, capturing hand-object interactions, gaze and intent. Exocentric data records the task from external cameras, providing full-body movement, environmental context, trajectories and multiple third-person viewpoints.”
View in the company profileCan egocentric and exocentric recordings be synchronized?
“Yes. Sourcebae can synchronize head-mounted and external camera recordings against a shared timeline. Video, depth, motion and annotations can be aligned across views to support cross-view learning, retargeting and three-dimensional reconstruction workflows.”
View in the company profileWhich data signals can be included in a robotics dataset?
“A robotics dataset can include 30–60 FPS video, registered depth, accelerometer and gyroscope data, 2D or 3D hand pose, gaze and attention signals, timestamped action labels, camera calibration data and synchronized timestamps.”
