Can I transfer my existing mobile number online, and what should I prepare?

Customers can apply online to transfer an existing mobile number to a SUN Mobile monthly plan; SUN Mobile says it will notify the current provider and arrange the transfer for the chosen effective date. For online number porting, applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card, be the registered number owner and provide valid proof of Hong Kong address issued within the last three months; the earliest effective date is 14 days after application. For a prepaid SIM port-in, applicants must upload a SIM Holder Certificate or the back of the SIM, enter the full ICCID number and have at least HK$1 balance; online porting is supported for Flex Mobile and other major Hong Kong prepaid providers.
