Nepternship
Nepternship is a Peer-to-peer platform connecting college students to internship opportunities through professional network exchange.
How does Nepternship work?
“Nepternship is a networking marketplace for students seeking internships or jobs. You submit an application with an explanation detailing your career goals and the people in your network you can introduce others to. Our team then personally reviews your profile and pairs you with members who have complementary connections, creating mutually beneficial exchanges.”

“Unlike job boards or networking apps where you search on your own, Nepternship provides personalized curation. Our team does the work of finding your perfect matches based on your specific goals and network connections. It's like having a personal career matchmaker who understands both what you're seeking and what you can offer.”
在公司資料中查看Do I need to have connections to participate?
“Yes, Nepternship works on the principle of mutual exchange. Every student brings something valuable to the platform, whether it's a family business, a parent's company, a friend's startup, or connections from previous internships or jobs. Even seemingly small connections can be valuable to the right person.”

“Our team provides curated matches every Sunday. Users can also choose to discover and connect with other users immediately through our platform.”
