• What exactly does Green Jar do?

  “Signature cocktail catering and bartender service for weddings and private events in Ibiza. We bring the bartenders, the mobile bar, the glassware and a menu designed for each event. Juices, syrups and ferments come out of our lab in Cala de Bou; we don't work with commercial premixes.”

• Where do you work?

  “Across Ibiza, and Formentera too: villas, fincas, venues and off-grid spaces. We carry public liability insurance and sort the bar licence. Your venue or planner can ask us for the paperwork.”

• How much does the service cost?

  “Every event is quoted on its own, based on guest count, menu, bar hours and the team the night needs. After a short call we send one closed price for the whole service, so you know the cost before the day.”

• How far in advance should we book?

  “For July and August weddings, six to nine months. The rest of the year, two to four weeks is usually enough. We hold the date with a 30% deposit.”
