“In 3 steps: (1) Use our free calculator to work out your macros, or enter the kcal or grams from your own plan if you already have one. (2) Choose your dishes from the menu. (3) We bring them to you chilled, in two deliveries a week. Just heat for about 3 minutes and eat.”

“That the same dish doesn't carry the same amounts for everyone. If your plan is 1,500 kcal a day and someone else's is 2,600, your chicken and your rice are weighed differently, and every container comes with a label showing your name, its grams, its kcal and its macros.”
