How much does book illustration cost?
“Illustration is best bundled with publishing: our children’s book packages include it, from $1,500 for a lightly illustrated book and from $3,000 for a full-color 32-page picture book with editing, design and distribution. Standalone cover, spot or full-book illustration is quoted to your project; for reference, Reedsy reports book illustration budgets of $1,890 to $6,990.”
