“Yes, when the doctor's clinical assessment supports it. Treatment plans and medical certificates are issued after the consultation and follow the rules of your country.”

“Consultations are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech, Romanian and German, depending on the doctor. Each doctor profile lists the languages spoken.”

“Patient data is protected under the GDPR in the European Union and the LGPD in Brazil. Video consultations run over an encrypted connection.”

“No. Online consultations do not replace emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number, such as 112 in the EU or 192 in Brazil.”
