“A sourced record is compiled by Optimly from public information and has not been reviewed by the brand. An owner-approved record has been claimed by the brand, and the owner approved what is published. Not every brand in the Brand Index is owner-approved.”

“Find your brand in the Brand Index and choose Claim. Ownership is verified with a work email address on the brand’s domain. We don’t publish anything on your behalf at that stage.”

“Your agent can help prepare and maintain your record, including proposing changes. Nothing is published until you approve it. The published version, with its approval date, is what agents retrieve.”
