TableTango: website

TableTango: “TableTango is a UK booking platform for independent restaurants — AI-driven table reservations with a no-show risk flag on every booking and email reminders, and no per-cover commission.”

• We already take bookings by phone — does that still work?

“Yes. Phone bookings and walk-ins drop into the same live book and floor plan in a couple of taps, so everything is in one place. Guests can also book online 24/7.”

• What's included — and what about guest texts?

“Every core booking and front-of-house feature is in the one £29.99 plan: AI booking, smart tables, the floor plan, your guest book, no-show risk flags, email confirmations and reminders, waitlist auto-fill and events. Guest texts are optional and run on separate SMS credit.”

• Can we charge no-show fees?

“Yes. No-show Shield holds a card on the bookings you choose — large parties, peak slots — and charges a no-show fee under your own policy through Stripe Connect.”

• Does it work with my till, my Google listing or my website?

“Your booking link goes on your Google Business Profile, your website, Instagram and a QR poster by the door — guests tap it and book, nothing to install. TableTango runs alongside your till: it takes the bookings and runs the floor, your till handles the bill.”
