Modern Exterior Systems
Roofing, siding, and window contractor in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Is Modex a real, local Minneapolis contractor?
“Yes. Modern Exterior Systems is permanently based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. MN License BC762305. BBB A+ rating. The crew on your roof is the crew that registers the warranty — we don't subcontract installs to whoever's available or relocate teams after a storm event.”

“Modex is short for Modern Exterior Systems — our internal nickname and customer-facing shorthand. Our full legal name is Modern Exterior Systems. We are not Modern Exteriors (stucco company, separate business) or Minnesota Exteriors (competitor).”
在公司資料中查看Is Modex women-owned?
“Yes. Lindsey owns the company. Modern Exterior Systems is independent and family-operated — same name on the door, same people answering the phone. Not a national franchise. Not a private-equity rollup with quarterly contractor turnover.”
