Convo
Convo: “Convo is an AI-moderated user research platform. It runs natural, conversational interviews at scale and turns them into themes, quotes, and decisions.”
What is a product experience study?
“A product experience study captures how real people interact with and react to your product. Test almost anything you want to put in front of your audience. For instance, digital products, new features, onboarding flows, and other experiences where understanding real user behavior and reactions matters.”
在公司資料中查看How is this different from a survey?
“A survey asks people to recall an experience after the fact and reduces it to numbers. Convo watches the experience as it happens: it asks open-ended questions, adapts every follow-up to what someone says, and captures the expressions on their face alongside their words.”
在公司資料中查看How many people should I test with?
“As many as you need — Convo runs interviews in parallel with no scheduling, so reach is not the constraint it is with moderated sessions.”
在公司資料中查看Do participants use the product remotely?
“Yes. Participants use your product in their own environment, on their own devices, and Convo interviews them about it wherever they are — no scheduling and no lab.”
在公司資料中查看How fast will I get results?
“Hours, not weeks. Interviews run in parallel and Convo synthesizes them into themes, sentiment, and representative quotes as they complete.”
