Flikt.AI: “AI-powered plan review and conflict detection for construction. Catches coordination errors in 2D PDF drawings across all 16 disciplines — before construction begins. No BIM required.”
Do I need a BIM model?
“No. Flikt.AI works directly on 2D PDF plan sets — the documents that actually get built from. You don't need a Revit or Navisworks model. Over 85% of construction field work is still done from 2D PDFs, and that's where Flikt operates.”
在公司资料中查看How is Flikt.AI different from BIM clash detection?
“BIM clash detection (Navisworks, Revit) requires 3D models and only catches spatial conflicts. Flikt.AI works from 2D PDFs and catches a broader set: spec-vs-drawing mismatches, missing details, code-citation and threshold checks, missing code-required documentation, and traditional clashes — across the documents your field team actually uses.”
在公司资料中查看How long does a plan review take?
“Same-day for all plan sets. Hundreds of sheets across every discipline in a single pass — hours, not the weeks a manual review takes.”
在公司资料中查看How accurate is Flikt.AI?
“Accuracy you can check beats a number you have to trust. Every finding cites the exact sheets and location, so your team can confirm or dismiss each one in seconds.”
