“Any hallmarked plain gold jewellery, or plain gold jewellery that identifies as gold after acid testing, in any condition!”

“We will use a hallmark or stamp to identify the metal. If there is no hallmark or stamp found, we will use acid testing if you want your gold to be considered for exchange and we will ask you to complete a consent form.”

“Yes, Acceptable forms of ID include Photo Driving Licence with your current residential address (within date), bank or building society statement dated in the last 3 months with your current residential address, utility bill dated in last 3 months with your current residential address, credit or debit card, or HM Forces Identity Card”
