Customware
Customware is a Canadian software company.
Does Customware replace our ERP, CRM, or core platforms?
“No. Customware is designed for the workflows, decisions, and operating gaps that sit around and between the systems your organization already relies on. The implementation plan should identify what needs to connect and what system remains the source of record.”

“Of course. And it depends on your organization.”

“Your organization decides. People can remain responsible for exceptions, approvals, high-judgment decisions, and change control, while AI assists with or runs repeatable work where it is appropriate.”

“Start with one workflow that has a clear owner and a real operational reason to improve. Use the first 20 implementation tasks to see whether the model fits.”

“They should be designed into the workflow before it scales. The exact controls depend on the workflow, the data involved, the systems it touches, and your organization's requirements. Use a formal security and architecture review for the claims and controls that matter to your environment.”
