“You can manage your payment details through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard –> billing –> payment method –> add your card –> save card. Ta-da.”

“Yes! We have a number of videos that are suitable for both pre and postnatal clients. Find these through the ‘Category’ filter on the online portal. We also have a prenatal and postnatal program in the ‘Program’ section, complete with 35 weeks of gentle yet effective workouts.”

“You can manage your login details through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, profile, type your current password, then type your new password, save changes. You can also click here to get there.”
