In parallel, capitalised earnings and DCF methods are used to discount future earnings to present value. A robust valuation combines several methods into a plausible range.”

Valuations under IDW S 1 (Germany) or KFS/BW 1 (Austria) require an analysis of the business plan, contractual situation and further documents, which an online calculator does not provide. A recognised company valuation is required for decisions of consequence.”
