Elite AI Advantage
Elite AI Advantage: “AI systems built on 25 years of digital marketing experience. Real strategy, real results.”
How does AI affect our billing model if we charge by the hour?
“Honestly, it breaks it. If a deliverable that took 20 hours now takes 5, your revenue on that engagement just dropped 75% unless you change something.”
在公司资料中查看Can we white-label AI tools and resell them to clients?
“Yes, with a few rules. The underlying vendor has to allow resale (read the ToS, most don't), the output has to be something your firm can stand behind, and you need to control the data flow.”
在公司资料中查看Will AI replace our junior associates?
“Not the good ones. The work that's pure transcription (cleaning up notes, formatting documents, summarizing reads) does get automated.”
在公司资料中查看How do partners get bought in if they don't use AI themselves?
“We don't try to turn partners into prompt engineers. We focus on three things they actually feel: faster turnaround on their engagements, higher quality first drafts when they review work, and revenue protection through the new billing model.”
在公司资料中查看Who owns the IP when AI helps draft a deliverable?
“Your firm does, in the same way it owns deliverables drafted by a junior associate. AI is a tool, not a co-author.”
在公司资料中查看What if our team doesn't trust AI output?
“Good. They shouldn't trust it blindly.”
在公司资料中查看Can we start small and scale up later?
“Yes, and most firms should. The starter tier exists exactly for this.”
