What is the difference between Brand Index and BrandVault?
“BrandVault is for brands: a record of your approved information, controlled by you. Brand Index is for agents: a place to discover and retrieve structured brand information, including owner-approved BrandVault records. Optimly connects the two.”
在公司资料中查看What is the difference between a sourced record and an owner-approved record?
“A sourced record is compiled by Optimly from public information and has not been reviewed by the brand. An owner-approved record has been claimed by the brand, and the owner approved what is published. Not every brand in the Brand Index is owner-approved.”
在公司资料中查看How do I claim my brand and verify ownership?
“Find your brand in the Brand Index and choose Claim. Ownership is verified with a work email address on the brand’s domain. We don’t publish anything on your behalf at that stage.”
在公司资料中查看What is the difference between preparing an update and approving publication?
“Your agent can help prepare and maintain your record, including proposing changes. Nothing is published until you approve it. The published version, with its approval date, is what agents retrieve.”
在公司资料中查看What is included free, and who is eligible?
“BrandVault is free. It includes up to 3 completed reports per brand in any rolling 30-day period. To access free reports, your BrandVault must have been published or updated within that same period.”
