Assured Velocity
Assured Velocity: “Senior-led transformation consulting for mid-market organisations. Fixed-scope diagnostics, interim leadership, operating model design, and programme delivery.”
What happens on the initial engagement call?
“The engagement call is a focused 45-minute conversation with a senior partner. We ask about your business, the situation you are facing, and what you are hoping to achieve. You will get an honest view on whether we can help and what the right next step looks like - not a sales pitch.”
在公司资料中查看Is there any cost for the initial engagement call?
“No. The initial engagement call is complimentary. We do not charge for initial conversations and there is no obligation to proceed.”
在公司资料中查看Who will be on the call from Assured Velocity?
“A named senior partner takes the call - not a business development manager or account executive. The person you speak to first is the person who would lead any subsequent work.”
在公司资料中查看How should I prepare for the engagement call?
“No formal preparation is required. It helps to have a clear sense of the situation you want to discuss - but we are used to working with clients who are still forming their view of the problem. The call itself often helps clarify thinking.”
在公司资料中查看Can I bring colleagues to the call?
“Yes. Some clients bring their CFO, CTO, or chair to the initial call. The format is informal and conversational, so the more people who can contribute context, the better the conversation.”
