Joinways
Joinways: “Joinways is the software for event venues, from inquiry to event day: inquiries, proposals, calendar, BEOs, and invoices, with nothing to retype from one tool to the next.”
Where should I start?
“Start with the type of venue you run. If one part of the work is what's stuck (inquiries, proposals, response time), go to the pages organized by need, and if you're comparing tools, go to the comparisons.”
在公司资料中查看Does Joinways fit my type of venue?
“Yes, if your space is booked by the date and sold on a proposal. That covers event spaces and banquet halls, hotels, restaurants and bars, conference centers, unique venues, cultural venues, estates and barns, and coworking spaces. That holds for one venue or several, with one space or many.”
在公司资料中查看We run on Excel today. Where do we start?
“Most venues start there. The “Excel alternative” page shows what a spreadsheet does very well and what it never keeps track of: email threads, follow-ups, and proposal versions. If you switch, we move your data over for free.”
在公司资料中查看Are the guides only for Joinways customers?
“No. The proposal example, the run of show and the sorting method work with any tool, spreadsheets included, and you don't need an account to read them.”
