“Yes. You receive an invoice to your company with VAT shown. All prices are net prices plus VAT.”

“There is no notice period. You declare the cancellation in the software, up to immediately before the renewal. It takes effect at the end of the term: at the end of the month for a monthly plan, at the end of the year for an annual plan.”

“When you upgrade or downgrade, all existing information is kept. Only the future usage limits change.”

“You move to the test tier. New updates no longer arrive, but you can still access the existing data for a while. Four weeks after the subscription ends, the account is deleted and the data is gone.”
