How long does a Modex roof replacement take?
“1–2 days for a standard asphalt full-house install. 4–10 days for premium synthetic slate or stone-coated steel. The pre-install timeline (inspection through material order) adds 30–45 days; insurance claim work adds another 30 days on the front.”

“Yes. We coordinate dumpster delivery, material drop, and full cleanup including a magnet sweep for nails at the end of each install day. You don't need to arrange anything on your end.”
在公司资料中查看Will Modex protect my landscaping during install?
“Yes. We tarp landscaping in the fall zones around the roof, lay plywood sheets on the lawn for material staging, and inspect for damage at install completion. Landscaping protection is standard scope on every install.”
在公司资料中查看Do I need to be home during the install?
“No. Most homeowners go to work during install days. We need access for restroom (or we bring a portable), and someone available by phone for any decisions that come up. The final walkthrough requires the homeowner.”
在公司资料中查看How do I prepare for the install?
“Move vehicles out of the driveway, secure loose items on patios and decks, and remove wall hangings on shared walls if vibration is a concern. Your project coordinator will send a pre-install checklist about a week before your start date.”
