Executive Health Edge
Executive Health Edge: “Executive Health Edge is a physician-supervised health optimization program for high-performing men aged 40 to 65.”
What biomarkers should a man over 40 test?
“At minimum, a comprehensive metabolic panel, a complete blood count, and a lipid panel. Beyond that, inflammation markers (hs-CRP, interleukin-6, IgA), recovery and hydration markers (creatine kinase, LDH, serum osmolality, electrolytes), hormones (cortisol, testosterone, estrogen), and nutrient status (vitamin D, B12, folate, iron, ferritin, transferrin). That is the composition of the Executive Health Edge panel.”

“Three times in the first year of any serious change, at month 0, 6, and 12, then at least annually. A single test cannot show direction. The six-month retest is where "normal but moving the wrong way" becomes visible.”

“They are a good way to get the numbers cheaply. What they do not include is anyone changing your training or nutrition against them, or a physician who decides what a result means for you.”
在公司资料中查看What is the difference between a normal result and a good one?
“Reference ranges are built from the population that gets tested, which skews unwell. Being inside the range means you are not yet flagged. A program worth paying for reads direction and trend against your own baseline, and has a physician decide what any individual value means for you.”
