• Which service is right for us?

“We'll figure that out together in the initial conversation. As a guide: if a specific IT project is off track or needs to be set up, our Project Management practice is the right fit.”

• What does working with Ekstend cost?

“We work with fixed prices and monthly project fees, not open-ended hourly budgets. Our Project Check delivers a clear assessment of your project's status and risks within 5 working days, starting at €13,200.”

• We already have an IT department. Do we still need you?

“Often precisely because of that. Your IT director is running a million-euro project alongside daily operations, your system integrator is the only one telling you the project status, and nobody in steering committees says what's really going on.”
