Tana
Tana is an Agentic meeting platform.
Does anything join my calls?
“No. Tana runs on your computer and captures the call locally. Nothing appears in the participant list on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, and no bot joins on your behalf. If you host the call in Tana instead, the assistant is simply part of the room.”
View in the company profileWill it file or send anything without asking me?
“No. Tana proposes, a person decides. Every issue, email, CRM update and decision shows up as a proposal you can accept, edit or dismiss, during the call or after it. The same goes for changes to what your team already knows: Tana shows the update as a diff before it lands, so the graph stays accurate instead of accumulating noise.”
View in the company profileHow is this different from Granola or a notetaker?
“A notetaker listens and writes a summary after the call. Tana works during it.”
View in the company profileWhere does what is said in my meetings go, and who can see it?
“Into your team’s knowledge graph in Tana, and nowhere else. Access follows the people who were in the room: a meeting is visible to its attendees unless someone shares it further, and spaces give you granular control on top of that.”
