HARDWARIO: “HARDWARIO is the European industrial IoT enablement platform for system integrators and developer-led solution companies, combining field devices, open firmware tooling, connectivity, optional middleware, and production support.”
What does EMBER do?
“EMBER is a LoRaWAN gateway that lets you run your own private LoRaWAN network, connecting hundreds of STICKER sensors or any LoRaWAN device indoors and outdoors.”
View in the company profileAre there recurring connectivity fees?
“The private LoRaWAN network stays under your control, with no per-device pricing. Optionally, HARDWARIO provides services around EMBER: a SIM card with connectivity for the LTE backhaul, a managed LoRaWAN network server (The Things Stack or ChirpStack) operated as a service, and secure remote access via OpenVPN.”
View in the company profileHow does EMBER backhaul data to the internet?
“It connects through LTE or Ethernet, so you can deploy it across buildings, campuses, and rural sites. Your LoRaWAN network is managed in a network server such as ChirpStack or The Things Stack, self-hosted on your own infrastructure or operated by HARDWARIO as a service.”
View in the company profileHow is EMBER configured, and how long does setup take?
“EMBER is built on the proven MikroTik platform and configured through a web interface. You can mount it indoors or in an IP67 outdoor enclosure and start collecting data the same day.”
