GCC Nexus: “GCC Nexus builds fully managed India development centers for US, UK, UAE and Saudi companies. We source top 1% engineers using our AI outbound platform TalentRadar, handle payroll, compliance, office and equipment — so your India team feels like your best team.”
What is talent acquisition as part of a GCC Nexus engagement?
“It is the hiring engine inside a managed India team. GCC Nexus finds, interviews and shortlists engineers, then handles the employment, payroll and compliance so they can join your team. You can also start with hiring alone and add the rest of the GCC setup later.”
View in the company profileHow is this different from a recruitment agency?
“We source passive candidates from top Indian product companies with TalentRadar AI, and independent domain experts interview every candidate before you see them. We also run the entity, payroll, compliance and equipment, so the people you hire become your own team, not a vendor bench.”
View in the company profileHow fast can we hire?
“GCC Nexus typically delivers a shortlist of 5 vetted profiles in 7 days, and the first engineer is live in about 2 weeks. A full team takes longer. In our published case studies, a cross-functional team of 15 was operational within 3 months, and Barq's first 10 hires took 8 weeks on the way to 100+ engineers.”

“No. TalentRadar AI is used to find candidates. The interviews are done by independent domain experts.”
