“Yes. We plan multi-day tours with changing venues including transfers, driving-time calculations and equipment logistics. For larger productions, a dedicated dispatcher coordinates all vehicles.”
View in the company profileHow are large instruments such as double bass, timpani or harp transported?
“Depending on size and quantity, large instruments travel in the coach's luggage bay, in a separate van or in a tour truck arranged through our specialised instrument logistics partners. We clarify this in advance based on your instrument list and integrate everything into one schedule.”
