• Can you promise a listing is legit?

  “No, and we never will. Dormetrics is a risk signal, not a guarantee. A skilled scammer can impersonate a real, public owner, so a clean read is never proof. We show you which red flags fired — you still view in person and pay into a Dutch bank account (IBAN).”

• Will I see the owner's name?

  “No. You tell us the name the “landlord” gave you. We check it against the Kadaster deed and return match, no-match, or inconclusive — with our reasoning, never the owner's identity.”

• What about refunds?

  “If we can't complete an owner-confirm for your address, you don't pay for that check. Under EU consumer law you can also withdraw within 14 days — email us and we refund any unused credits.”
