Are you really open 24/7?
“Yes — we answer the line 24/7/365 with a real Tucson dispatcher (not a call center). Late-night calls are dispatched to the nearest on-call technician. Parts and labor are priced the same as daytime calls; a flat $100 after-hours dispatch add-on applies.”
View in the company profileHow fast can you reach me in an emergency?
“Central Tucson calls are typically reached in 60-90 minutes. Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, and Sahuarita are 90-120 minutes. Picture Rocks and SaddleBrooke can run 2-3 hours during peak demand.”
View in the company profileIs there a surcharge for nights or weekends?
“Parts and labor are priced exactly the same as daytime calls — a flat $100 after-hours dispatch add-on applies to nights, weekends, and holidays. You approve the full written price before any work begins.”
View in the company profileMy car is stuck inside the garage — can you help?
“Yes. Call us and we’ll walk you through the manual disengage cord on your opener so you can lift the door manually and get your car out. Then we dispatch a tech to fix the underlying issue. Be careful — if you suspect a broken spring, do NOT try to lift the door yourself.”
