Why the parcel machine didn’t print the address label?
“If the parcel machine hasn’t printed the address label sticker, check that it isn’t stuck to the printer.”
View in the company profileWhy is the door code the same in multiple delivery SMS?
“The same door code in multiple delivery SMS or emails means that you have several shipments stored in the same parcel machine locker. When you’re at the parcel machine, make sure to collect all parcels from the locker.”
