Marked patrol or a standing officer?
“Roving patrol covers more ground per dollar and is the right start for most garden-style communities. A standing post makes sense at the one building or entrance that generates most of the incidents. The log tells you which within a month.”

“We enforce your parking policy and call your tow company under your contract. We do not tow on our own authority, and every tag and call is logged so a resident dispute has a record.”
View in the company profileHow do residents reach the officer?
“Through your after-hours line or a patrol number you publish. The officer responds, documents, and escalates to you or to law enforcement by the rules in the post orders. Residents do not get the officer's personal phone.”

“Yes, with 72 hours' notice, for one or two officers. Same-day is confirmed by phone.”
