Is this a real AI use case, or would ordinary software do?
“Ask that first. Make or buy still applies: if a product on the market does the job, buy it.”
What is a good first AI project?
“Small and self-contained. One journey, a narrow set of inputs and outputs, and data you already have. It should show a result within weeks and have an expected return you can measure. That keeps the blast radius small and gives you a reviewable first step.”
Is our data good enough for AI?
“We find that out before you spend on a build. Discovery includes a check of your data: where it lives, how clean it is, and who may use it.”
We have little AI know-how in-house. Can we still start?
“Yes. We bring the AI know-how: choosing the use case, the architecture, the evals and the delivery. Your team brings what it knows about your product and your customers. We build with your people, so the know-how stays with you after the project.”
How do we know an AI project will pay off?
“You do not know in advance. So we estimate, then test the estimate.”
What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
“A chatbot answers questions; an agent acts, it can complete a task on the user’s behalf by calling real systems, with confirmation before any write.”
Can agents safely act on real customer data?
“Yes, with guardrails: scoped permissions, confirmation before write actions, full audit logs and human handoff. For deeper, multi-surface access we design an Agent Gateway.”
Which AI models do you use?
“We choose the model per task, by quality, cost, speed and where your data may be processed. That can be a cloud model, a self-hosted model or AI on the device.”
Can you add an agent to our existing app?
“Yes, we integrate agents into existing mobile apps and backends, or build a standalone assistant, support or operations agent.”
Do you build native or cross-platform apps?
“Both. For most consumer apps we default to Flutter for brand-consistent cross-platform UI, and use native iOS/Android when platform depth, performance or hardware access demands it.”
Flutter, React Native, or native?
“Flutter is our preferred starting hypothesis, not a rule. React Native can win for strict TypeScript and React continuity. Native can win when platform behaviour is the product. We choose based on your constraints before the build.”
Can you modernize or take over an existing app?
“Yes. We do app redesigns, rebuilds and ongoing development on existing codebases, and connect them to the backend systems behind them.”
Can you launch to the App Store and Play Store?
“Yes, we handle store readiness, submission and launch support for both iOS and Android.”
What does on-device AI cost per request?
“There is no cloud token bill on the on-device path. Apple Foundation Models and Gemini Nano run on the user’s device, so the platform charges nothing per request. Plan for the boundaries anyway: device coverage varies, platforms can impose quotas, and the cloud fallback still needs a budget.”
Which devices support on-device AI?
“Apple Intelligence needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, plus recent iPads and Macs. On Android, Gemini Nano runs on recent flagship devices. We design every feature with a fallback path for devices that do not qualify.”
Is on-device AI enough, or do we still need a cloud model?
“It depends on the feature. On-device models are small. They handle summaries, drafting, classification, extraction, and guided flows well. Heavier reasoning still belongs in a cloud model. Most products end up hybrid: on-device first, cloud where needed, with clear user consent.”
