Do you work outside El Salvador?
“Yes. We are based in San Salvador with full national coverage, including the coast and Surf City. We have delivered productions in Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica and Panama, and premium vacation rental projects in the United States.”
Do you work on pre-sales or pre-opening projects?
“Yes, and it is often when photography pays off most. In real estate development we produce visual narrative from pre-sales through handover, before there are finished units to show. In hospitality we shoot before opening, with no guests or diners in the space. If the project is at that stage, we take the lead on preparation and you approve.”
Can I use the images anywhere?
“Yes. We deliver unlimited usage rights: your website, OTAs such as Booking and Airbnb, social media, press, campaigns and print. The images are yours.”
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
“No. We connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use, through Meta’s official process. You keep using the app on your phone and see the same conversations as the assistant.”
What happens if the assistant doesn’t know the answer?
“It hands the conversation to you. You get an alert, read what the client asked and reply yourself from your app.”
Who sees the conversations?
“You and the team members you authorise. We use the messages only to run your assistant. We do not sell or share them.”
Does it connect to my hotel’s booking system?
“Today the assistant books into a calendar and logs requests for your team to confirm. A direct connection to a booking system is assessed in each proposal, depending on the system you use.”
Do you only work with hotels?
“No. Hospitality is our main niche, but the assistant works for any business that serves clients on WhatsApp and works with appointments.”
Do the visual audits cost anything?
“Not at the moment. Paste your hotel or Airbnb listing link and get the diagnosis without signing up.”
