“You can apply for an account by visiting the 'Contact us' page and inserting your information on the form provided. Once your form has been received, someone will be in touch in due course to answer any queries and to open an account for you.”

“If you wish to close your account, you can do so by emailing creditcontrol@gap-group.co.uk, or in writing to Credit Control, Citypoint 2, 25 Tyndrum Street, Glasgow, G4 0JY. If there's something we can do to help prevent you closing your account, please contact us and we'd be happy to help.”

“We understand that much of our equipment is used on sites and in dusty conditions. GAP will only charge for cleaning where there is excessive cleaning required, for example dried concrete or where equipment has worked near sewage etc.”
