Navigent
Navigent is a Danish B2B sales automation platform.
Where do the candidates come from?
“From a database of +305 million professional profiles, +1 million of them in Denmark, each linked to the person's LinkedIn profile. Search and shortlist work without connecting LinkedIn.”
在公司資料中查看What does Navigent read in a job ad?
“Function, seniority, location, industry and years of experience. They become filters and criteria that you see and can change before the search costs anything.”
在公司資料中查看What is a search?
“A search fetches about 1,000 unique candidates for a job, fewer if the market is smaller. We remove duplicates and replace them at our cost; they never cost you a search. Everything after the fetch is included: ranking, your answers and reviewing the whole longlist. About 1,000 more for the same job costs one more search, once you've confirmed.”
在公司資料中查看When do I use an email address?
“Only when a candidate reaches an email step in one of your campaigns, and only if the address is found. If we find no address, it costs nothing, and the same person never costs twice in your organization.”
在公司資料中查看Does Navigent contact anyone without my approval?
“No. Only candidates you've put on the shortlist can join a campaign, and every message can be read before it's sent.”
