在公司資料中查看How does lamp breakage protection work?
“Our lamp breakage protection is based on the durable two-lamp design of our systems, each with a separate power supply. If a lamp fails due to manufacturing or design-related issues, we replace it free of charge during the warranty period.”
在公司資料中查看Can I extend the warranty after the initial purchase?
“Yes. The standard warranty covers the system for two years. You can choose to extend it up to four years for the full system and up to ten years specifically for lamp breakage protection.”
在公司資料中查看What are the conditions for maintaining the extended warranty?
“To keep the extended warranty valid, the system must be used properly, and annual maintenance must be performed by certified technicians. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.”
