How does DentiMetrics know which ad or search produced a new patient?
“Every inquiry gets one identity the moment it arrives, whether by call, chat or form.”
在公司資料中查看Does DentiMetrics work with my practice management software?
“Yes. It reads from Dentrix (all editions), Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, Dolphin, PracticeWorks, SoftDent and DSN, and practices already on NexHealth connect too. If yours isn’t on the list, ask us. It is usually a yes, and we check before we promise.”
在公司資料中查看What if DentiMetrics can’t produce a report for my practice?
“It says so. Every report carries a label, full, partial or unavailable, and when it isn’t full it names the missing source: a field your software doesn’t record, or a phone line not yet on DentiVoIP. You see a gap, never a zero, and the more of the platform that’s connected, the fewer rows read unavailable.”
在公司資料中查看What happens to the numbers when my practice software goes down?
“Appointments still get booked. DentiVoice holds each one and writes it in the moment your system is back, so nothing is lost and nobody finds out on Monday. Reports that read from your software can’t update until it returns; they say so and name the source, rather than filling the gap with a zero.”
