Noesis Dynamics: “Mental health training simulator with simulated clients and CACREP-aligned scoring across six clinical pillars for counselor education programs.”

• Will this replace my role as a supervisor?

“No — it enhances it. We built this to give supervisors more visibility, not less authority. You see where each student is, what they're struggling with, and where they're growing. The simulation gives them reps between sessions. You guide the development. Think of it as giving you better tools to do what you already do.”

• How realistic are the simulated clients?

“They're trained on clinical case studies and push back like real clients would. Students consistently say it feels real.”

• Can my program use this?

“Yes. We work with training programs directly. Supervisors get dashboards with cohort insights, individual progress by domain, and strengths/weaknesses. Assign targeted practice. Track skills over time. Schedule a demo to see it.”
