What does "covered" actually mean on my invoice?
“Covered means the users, devices, sites, and issue types listed on the service schedule attached to your proposal. Anything outside that list is quoted before work starts, not discovered on an invoice afterwards. If we are unsure whether something is in scope, we tell you before we bill it.”

“Yes. Our managed IT plans include unlimited remote helpdesk support for the users, systems, issue types, and support hours listed in your service schedule. Response targets follow the agreed priority levels. Projects, on-site work, and requests outside the covered scope are handled under the terms of your plan or quoted separately.”
